Third Bullet Poker is on the Cake Poker Network.  Even though they are not currently offering rakeback options, they are offering an even more valuable promotion for winning poker players.  It called the monthly Winner's Bounty.

Here is the general concept of the Winner's Bounty:
-It runs month to month
-You must deposit in that month to qualify (subsequent withdrawals do not effect Winner's Bounty)
-You must win more than you deposit in that month
-You must earn a minimum 15 Gold Chips for that month (this equals seeing cards in pots raked for a total of $1205 (dealt raked))
-If you meet all of the above requirements, you will receive The Winner's Bounty - 50% of your total monthly deposits - in cash (no rollover or play through required)

There are 3 Winner's Bounty levels:
15-29 Gold Chips in the month = 50% up to $75
30-99 Gold Chips in the month = 50% up to $150
100+ Gold Chips in the month = 50% up to $300
