Gambler's Palace reportedly had some no-pay issues back in 2003.  They have since come under new management, relocated to the Sportbet offices, and have redressed the previous no-pay complaints. 

There was a recent complaint from a bettor who admits to manipulating the software to make correlated bets - which are not allowed.  This has since been resolved to the satisfaction of all parties.

Gambler's Palace customer service was very quick to respond to me in both chat and e-mail.  I found that the answers they gave about cashiering and bonuses matched what was being advertised on the site.
