This is where we'd like to see the most improvement from Bookmaker.com.  For a site that caters to Americans, they do not offer many good (or cheap) cashiering options for US citizens.

For deposits, Americans are limited to western Union, bankwire, MoneyGram, credit cards (if allowed by the issuer), and eWalletXpress (deposits only).  Non-US residents can use Moneybookers or any of the options available to Americans to make a deposit. 

US residents can receive a payout by check via mail or Fedex (for a fee).  Check processing can take up to 30 days.  You can also take a payout by Western Union or MoneyGram for a fee.  Non-US residents can request a payout by Neteller,  Moneybookers, or any of the options available to Americans.

Bookmaker scores high here.  They are rock solid for security, stabilty and reliability.  The customer service is first rate, and they offer lines on an enormous variety of sporting and non-sporting events.  The juiuce is standard or better with a few reduced juice lines popping up on occasion.  It's really nice to have one account to handle all of your sports betting, poker, casino gaming and racebook needs.  They need to improve banking options for Americans, but other than that, Bookmaker is one of the finest books available
